- the essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
- the availability of products (any product or service offered on the website should be accessible within a reasonable time),
- terms of delivery of the product or service execution (manner, place and deadline of delivery),
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set out and must be shown or already contained in the taxes and transport costs,
- method of payment and delivery,
- time validity of the offer,
- a time limit within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; moreover, if and to what extent, if and to what extent the buyer's returns the product,
- the complaint procedure must be clarified, including all contact details.
3. PRICES AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
All prices in the online store www.zeshop.si are denominated in euros, do not include VAT because the company is not a taxable person and are valid when the buyer confirms the order.
The prices on the website are in accordance with the price list of the seller and are the same for all users, in certain cases the prices are reduced (discount).
The seller strives to make an online store www.zeshop.si only showing accurate and authentic information. If the price is not correct, the seller will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase or offer another satisfactory solution.
The purchase contract or the order is only concluded when the seller informs the buyer by e-mail that his order has been confirmed. The order and details are electronically stored on the provider's server and accessible to the buyer in his user profile (Account).
4. TERMS OF PAYMENT
online shop www.zeshop.si enables the payment of the selected goods in several ways:
Payment on delivery, the customer pays the ordered goods to the delivery agent in cash. Payment for delivery is not possible for all products.
Payment via Paypal Information System (prior registration required at www.paypal.com) for secure payment using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, etc. For certain products, you can only pay by PayPal (specified in the product description).
5. WEB CATALOG OF PRODUCTS
The catalog product catalog is accessible to all visitors. Purchase is possible only when you sign up for an online store www.zeshop.si.
The online catalog allows you to review the sales program. Products are arranged in groups (categories, subcategories) and presented with the name, manufacturer, description and images.
6. PURCHASING PROCEDURE
By registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase.
Natural persons must enter: e-mail address, password, name and surname, address, phone.
Legal persons must enter: e-mail address, password, company name, address for sending invoices, VAT ID, name of contact person, phone, delivery address.
After entering the data, the user receives e-mail to confirm the user account.
After registration, users log in to the online store www.zeshop.si by entering a username and password.
If the user has forgotten his password, he receives the password by e-mail. The password can also be reset by the user. The password reset notification is received by e-mail.
The buyer adds the items to the shopping cart and continues shopping or completes the purchase. In the basket, the product title, quantity, price, various discounts, campaigns, etc. are displayed. Once the customer completes the order, he receives a message by e-mail that the order has been accepted. The seller reviews the received order. The seller verifies the availability of products and confirms the order or rejects it for a reason. At this stage, the orders accepted become irrevocable. The seller sends the goods as soon as possible. The buyer is notified by e-mail.
Identifying and repairing errors prior to the award of a contract
The customer can check the contents of the basket at any time. If the buyer wants to change the order, he can do so in the basket review. V online store www.zeshop.si ordered goods is delivered via Pošta Slovenije, GLS and GOLD Express mail. In some cases, goods are also delivered through other contractual partners.

The buyer can expect the shipment within two working days if the goods are in stock. Otherwise, the shipment is delivered within the delivery deadlines published in the online store.
If the buyer is not present at the delivery address at delivery, the delivery will be left by the delivery service with contact details for re-delivery. The buyer is obliged to contact the supplier and arrange for the delivery again.
Delivery costs in Slovenia for a smaller package are charged at €8,00, regardless of the delivery person. Delivery costs in Slovenia for a larger package are charged at €10,00 regardless of the delivery person.
International delivery costs are higher than delivery costs in Slovenia and depend on the country of delivery.
8. SUPPLEMENTARY DEADLINES
The seller will take care of the delivery to the buyer as soon as possible. If the customer orders more than one product and the delivery time for some products is longer than for others, we will ship the products immediately and the other products as soon as possible. In such a case, we will only charge the shipping cost at the time of first delivery, and no later delivery is charged. If the product is difficult to obtain, we will try to get it as soon as possible and keep the customer informed about the availability or if the order is interrupted by agreement with the customer.
9. RIGHT TO DISTORTING THE PURCHASE AND REFUND OF GOODS
On 14 days after the delivery of the product, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The buyer at the bottom of the online store chooses a link and completes the necessary information in a web form Refunds or send a request for a refund via e-mail to an e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. No refund request is possible. The buyer must return the product at the latest at 14 days after the refund request. Upon return, the buyer must provide a copy of the invoice and a completed refund certificate. The buyer will bear the cost of returning the product. The received goods must be returned undamaged and unchanged. The refund option does not apply if the original packaging has been removed. However, the seller is obliged to return the entire purchase price within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
Customized products can not be returned without a valid reason, the reason for the return of such products can only be the seller's error on the product. In the event that the product is supplied in accordance with the description in the online store, without error, refund is not possible.
10. CONCLUSION AND ARCHIVING OF CONTRACTS

12. CHILD CARE
In accordance with good faith and honesty, the provider undertakes not to grant the person suspected of being underage without the permission of his parents or guardians. Any communication aimed at children will be appropriate to their age and will not exploit children's trust and lack of experience. Similarly, the administrator may not issue information to unauthorized third parties other than parents or guardians of minors. The administrator will delete the personal data of minors at the request of parents and guardians. The manager, without the permission of parents or guardians of children, may not accept any personal information concerning children.
Company ZESHOP, doo, which manages the site www.zeshop.si it operates both with natural persons (B2C) and legal entities (B2B) using electronic means in the form of an online store. The seller will begin to communicate with the user with means of distance communication only if this user does not oppose or if the user agrees in advance. Advertising emails will be clearly identifiable, the sender will be clearly visible, the conditions for accepting special offers (discounts, promotions, ...) will be unambiguously marked, and the way of unsubscribing from the receipt of advertising messages will be clearly shown.
14. OPINIONS, APPEALS AND DISPUTES
Buyer can address his opinions, complaints, disputes, comments and objections to the head office of ZESHOP, doo or to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of good business cooperation, the bidder resolves any complaints, and therefore, within the 8 days of receipt of the written complaint, the buyer will confirm to the buyer that he has received his complaint and informed him of the course of the procedure and of the estimated time of the hearing. In the event that the potential dispute is not settled by the user and tenderers in accordance with the method of resolving complaints, the court in Kranj is competent for mutual disputes.

16. WARRANTIES, ADVERTISEMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CONFLICT DEFECTS
When applying for a warranty, the warranty terms and conditions are stated on the warranty card or in the invoice accompanying each product. The buyer can claim the guarantee directly from the manufacturer or at his authorized service station.
Should you have an unconfirmed warranty card, do not worry about it, because according to 18. of the Consumer Protection Act, it is not necessary for the vendor to certify separately the warranty certificate. The manufacturer is obliged to perform any warranty repair in 45 days from the receipt of the goods. If this is not done, the product must be replaced with another, equivalent and seamless product. When returning goods for reclamation or warranty, the customer must always enclose a copy of the invoice and a form for returning goods. Shipping costs are always borne by the sender. We reject every shipment with ransom.
The complaint is taken into consideration if the product does not have the features that the vendor has promised on the sale if the wrong products were sent or if the product in any way deviates from the order. If the claim is justified, the seller will replace or repair the product and send it at his own expense to the customer. If an error occurred on the product due to incorrect handling of the buyer, the product will be sent back to the customer at his expense. The buyer can return the goods to the complaint by bringing it personally or returning it back to the seller's expense after the seller's agreement with the seller.
Shipments with ransom will be rejected.
The seller reserves the right to reject the complaint in the following cases:
If the goods are not returned in the original packaging,
if there is no warranty card attached to the products.

Injuries in transport
If you find that a product or a physical item is damaged, it lacks content or shows signs of opening, you can file a compensation procedure. From the point of factual error, the consumer may advertise an error on the product at the vendor within two months of the detection of a material error (for defects that appear on the product after two years of acceptance, the seller no longer bears the responsibility), and, at its own discretion, removes the defect or a refund for this product in proportion to the error or replacement of the goods or the refund of the purchase price for this product. In the error notification, the consumer must describe the error more accurately and allow the vendor to inspect the product. If the error is not controversial, the company must comply with the consumer's request as soon as possible, and no later than within eight days. If there is a dispute on the error, the company must provide the consumer with a written response within the same deadline.
