The Tenderer undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
- company identity (name and registered office, registry number, VAT ID),
- contact addresses that enable quick and effective communication (e-mail, phone),
- the essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
- the availability of products (any product or service offered on the website should be accessible within a reasonable time),
- terms of delivery of the product or service execution (manner, place and deadline of delivery),
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set out and must be shown or already contained in the taxes and transport costs,
- method of payment and delivery,
- time validity of the offer,
- a time limit within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; moreover, if and to what extent, if and to what extent the buyer's returns the product,

Payment on delivery, the customer pays the ordered goods to the delivery agent in cash. Payment for delivery is not possible for all products.

The buyer adds the items to the shopping cart and continues shopping or completes the purchase. In the basket, the product title, quantity, price, various discounts, campaigns, etc. are displayed. Once the customer completes the order, he receives a message by e-mail that the order has been accepted. The seller reviews the received order. The seller verifies the availability of products and confirms the order or rejects it for a reason. At this stage, the orders accepted become irrevocable. The seller sends the goods as soon as possible. The buyer is notified by e-mail.
Identifying and repairing errors prior to the award of a contract
The customer can check the contents of the basket at any time. If the buyer wants to change the order, he can do so in the basket review. The cost of delivery in Slovenia for a smaller package is charged to 3,90 € regardless of the delivery.
International delivery costs are 5,00 or higher and depend on the country of delivery.
The seller will take care of the delivery to the buyer as soon as possible. If the customer orders more than one product and the delivery time for some products is longer than for others, we will ship the products immediately and the other products as soon as possible. In such a case, we will only charge the shipping cost at the time of first delivery, and no later delivery is charged. If the product is difficult to obtain, we will try to get it as soon as possible and keep the customer informed about the availability or if the order is interrupted by agreement with the customer.
On 14 days after the delivery of the product, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The buyer at the bottom of the online store chooses a link and completes the necessary information in a web form Refunds or send a request for a refund via e-mail to an e-mail address email@example.com. No refund request is possible. The buyer must return the product at the latest at 14 days after the refund request. Upon return, the buyer must provide a copy of the invoice and a completed refund certificate. The buyer will bear the cost of returning the product. The received goods must be returned undamaged and unchanged. The refund option does not apply if the original packaging has been removed. However, the seller is obliged to return the entire purchase price within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
Customized products can not be returned without a valid reason, the reason for the return of such products can only be the seller's error on the product. In the event that the product is supplied in accordance with the description in the online store, without error, refund is not possible.

The administrator will delete the personal data of minors at the request of parents and guardians. The seller will begin to communicate with the user with means of distance communication only if this user does not oppose or if the user agrees in advance. Advertising emails will be clearly identifiable, the sender will be clearly visible, the conditions for accepting special offers (discounts, promotions, ...) will be unambiguously marked, and the way of unsubscribing from the receipt of advertising messages will be clearly shown.
Buyer can address his opinions, complaints, disputes, comments and objections to the head office of ZESHOP, doo or to the e-mail address email@example.com. In case of good business cooperation, the bidder resolves any complaints, and therefore, within the 8 days of receipt of the written complaint, the buyer will confirm to the buyer that he has received his complaint and informed him of the course of the procedure and of the estimated time of the hearing. In the event that the potential dispute is not settled by the user and tenderers in accordance with the method of resolving complaints, the court in Kranj is competent for mutual disputes.

The manufacturer is obliged to perform any warranty repair in 45 days from the receipt of the goods. If this is not done, the product must be replaced with another, equivalent and seamless product. When returning goods for reclamation or warranty, the customer must always enclose a copy of the invoice and a form for returning goods. Shipping costs are always borne by the sender. We reject every shipment with ransom.
The complaint is taken into consideration if the product does not have the features that the vendor has promised on the sale if the wrong products were sent or if the product in any way deviates from the order. If the claim is justified, the seller will replace or repair the product and send it at his own expense to the customer. If an error occurred on the product due to incorrect handling of the buyer, the product will be sent back to the customer at his expense. The buyer can return the goods to the complaint by bringing it personally or returning it back to the seller's expense after the seller's agreement with the seller.
Shipments with ransom will be rejected.
The seller reserves the right to reject the complaint in the following cases:
If the goods are not returned in the original packaging,
if there is no warranty card attached to the products.

Injuries in transport
If you find that a product or a physical item is damaged, it lacks content or shows signs of opening, you can file a compensation procedure. In the error notification, the consumer must describe the error more accurately and allow the vendor to inspect the product. If the error is not controversial, the company must comply with the consumer's request as soon as possible, and no later than within eight days. If there is a dispute on the error, the company must provide the consumer with a written response within the same deadline.
